  2. Unfortunately the offer of Barnes & Noble seems to be open only for those in the States. Others -like me- will only get this piece of text if they try to get those books:
    You must reside within the United States to receive this item. We currently do not support international, U.S. territory or APO/FPO billing addresses.

    Pity. There were some books I’d love to read.
