All very good tips. As much as I hate to do it, I think I need to take a page from your book and cut back on carbs. Maybe if I cut back on my carb intake, I can break the plateau that I’m at. My activity level will be growing, as my sister and I have borrowed Trikkes and plan on getting moving! Glad to hear you are feeling better and that it’s working for you!

Good tips! Also, if you like avocado…eat one for lunch with a little cracked pepper (I also like to add a bit of salt) and a spritz of lemon. It sounds plain, but it fills you up and contains “good” fats that keep you going all afternoon. Plus, it’s easy to pack!

Okay this has now been printed and saved in my short stories PDF files notebook and Thank You for the novella Prequel it really was a good set up for the beginning of the series. I just have to sit down now and actually read my copy of SIns Of The Flesh that is sitting by my recliner!!!

My lovely Fast & Furious Paul Walker oh yeah yummy yummy and no Jessica can stay since I am a girl fan of hers but do not really see her in this poster since am staring at Mr. Walker. I feel old looking at them both, they are young enough to be my children, but oh what pretty kids they are!!!!
