Guilty Pleasure Monday – Paul Bettany

This poster first caught my eye at DragonCon many months ago. The actor is Paul Bettany who has been in a number of other movies I enjoyed – A KNIGHT’S TALE and WIMBLEDON. Paul plays the archangel Michael in the movie. Michael has come to Earth to try to prevent the coming of Armageddon by battling a legion of angels that God has sent to Earth.

LEGION will be released on January 22. I’m interested in seeing the movie, although the premise has me wondering about it a bit. A wrathful God wants to destroy Earth?

The film also features cuties Dennis Quaid and Lucas Black (from FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS movie.).

Guilty Pleasures Monday – Dennis Quaid

On this third day of Christmas, I bring you one of my favorites – Dennis Quaid. I couldn’t get to sleep last night and ended up watching THE ROOKIE, a biopic about pitcher Jim Morris starring Quaid.

Also loved Quaid in THE RIGHT STUFF which had a gaggle of some of my favorites – Ed Harris and Gary Sinese just to name a few.

Quaid’s still looking good and that little boy grin is sure to make many a heart flutter.

Guilty Pleasures Monday – Jim Caviezel

Sorry to be a little late this morning, but I am in Las Vegas on a writing weekend with some friends. Also researching a new romantic suspense that I’m plotting in my brain! It’s going to be an interesting one!

Two great Jim movies are THE COUNT OF MONTE CRISTO and ANGEL EYES. My all time favorite, though, stars another Guilty Pleasures Monday hottie – Dennis Quaid. What movie is that?

FREQUENCY. It’s a wonderful alternate timeline story about a father and son who connect across time via an old radio and sun spots. Not to be missed. They handled the entire story line fabulously and of course – Jim and Dennis. Don’t miss it because it’s a great flick!

Every time I see Dennis Quaid I think, man he’s still got it! Now, his latest movie VANTAGE POINT was so not good, but he looked great in it.

One of my favorite Quaid movies is FREQUENCY which also starred Jim Cavaziel (another cutie!). THE ROOKIE is another good one with a very inspiring message to always follow your dreams!

As you all may know, I’ve been very lucky to be able to follow my dreams as well. It’s wonderful to be able to write for you and share my books and to celebrate that and my b’day, we are having a birthday bash week!
