It’s almost the day! Today is our annual prep day for Christmas Eve! Time to double check the lists and make sure we’ve got all we need for tomorrow’s feast and all the family and friends that will come by!

I’ve only caught The Arrow a few times and I am kicking myself. All my friends say it’s awesome. Could part of it be the sexy lead, Stephen Amell?
Amell is a Canadian actor who has appeared in quite a number of shows, including New Girl and Private Practice, as well as a number of movies.

Baby it’s cold outside, so today we’ve got a double dose of heat to warm us up on this Man Candy Monday.
I am absolutely loving ALMOST HUMAN on Fox. It totally has everything that I love in a story. Well, almost everything. Where’s the romance, guys? Our hotties need a little romantic interaction. Yeah, you’ve hinted at it, but we need to see the real deal going on!
But on to the hotties! You may recognize New Zealander Karl Urban from the reboot of the STAR TREK movies. He plays Bones, but man, he’s so hot on ALMOST HUMAN. Karl was also in the second and third LORD OF THE RINGS movies.
Michael Ealy plays Dorian, the “almost human” android on the show. Michael has been in quite a number of other movies, music videos and television shows, including UNDERWORLD: AWAKENING, 2 FAST 2 FURIOUS and FLASH FORWARD.

Today’s Man Candy Monday is dedicated to one of military men who put his career on hold in order to serve: Chad Hall, NFL wide receiver for the Kansas City Chiefs.
Chad attended the Air Force Academy where he also played wide receiver. In his senior year, Chad was the one player in the country to lead his team in both rushing receiving during his senior year.
After completing his time at the Academy, Chad served two years in the Air Force before being signed by the Eagles in 2010. Chad is now with the Kansas City Chiefs.
Thank you, Chad, for your service and all the best in your football career.
Yes, I have a thing for athletes. I confess. Hubby and I watch sports constantly, mostly football and baseball. Yesterday’s New England/New Orleans game was exciting and what a finish! Unbelievable.
Of course, Danny Amendola caught my eye. Great wide receiver and I was so sorry to see him – or any other player – get hurt on a play. I hope he’s fine and back on the field soon.

You guys know my fav sport is baseball and the boys of summer are still playing! Although David Wright is my favoritest, my being a Mets fan after all, I still can appreciate other hotties on the field.
Today’s choice is JJ Hardy who currently plays for the Orioles. Kind of appropriate since I was just in Baltimore the other day. As of the end of this season, Hardy leads the MLB stats with the most home runs by a shortstop over the last three seasons!
