#ThrowbackThursday – Blizzard 2010

Spring is here! Goodbye snow! Oh wait, today’s throwback is to December 2010 and the blizzard that hit most of the Northeast. You don’t usually see snow accumulate on the sand, so it was an unusual sight. We easily had 3 to 4 feet of snow with higher drifts in spots.

#ThrowbackThursday – Inn Boonsboro and Nora Roberts

Today’s throwback is to a visit to the Inn Boonsboro and a Nora Roberts Signing. It was a special day at the inn since they had all rooms open in the morning so visitors could see them so we got to see all the different themes for the rooms. Of course I couldn’t wait to get into the Eve and Roarke room which was fabulous and also had a lovely pillow in homage to Galahad, their cat. Loved it!

#ThrowbackThursday – A Trip to Epcot

This past March we did a family vacation with “the kids” and went down to Florida to watch some spring training games. Since we were doing the Mets and the Boston Red Sox that meant staying in the center since the games were “bicoastal.” So we stayed in Orlando which meant we couldn’t pass up a visit to Disneyworld. We had a blast at the Epcot Flower Festival and ate and drank our way around the world. A good time was had by all and today I’m sharing this video of our adventure!

#ThrowbackThursday – Beach at dusk

I love the beach at any time of day or season. There is just something that calls to me, maybe because I am a Pisces. One of my fav times at the beach is at dusk after all the summer crowds have gone home. This photo is from a night just like that when it was quiet and the moon was just coming up!

#ThrowbackThursday RWA 2017 and LSF Writers

I love conferences because I love meeting new people and attending the workshops. I always come away from a conference with newfound energy and determination. This photo of me with my buddy Kim Lowe is at RWA 2017. I can’t wait to see Kim in a few days since she’ll be at the upcoming Liberty States Fiction Writers Conference. Registration for the conference is now closed, but the Book Fair on Saturday is open to the general public. If you’re in the area, I hope you can make it!
