I remind myself that it could be like this! LOL! While I love a nice snow and some heat, the weather we’re about to get in the New York City area is brutal. Especially in the city where the bricks and buildings heat up and create what we call The Pizza Oven Effect. It truly feels like you’re being baked. But again, probably better than dealing with snow like this which fell on the Jersey Shore in December 2010. Hope you all have a Happy Friday Eve!

I love the 4th of July! I love the parades and most especially the fireworks. I also love knowing that I’m in a country that where I have freedom and rights I would not have had in the country of my birth. It’s why I get choked up every time I hear the national anthem or God Bless America. I know I am the one who is blessed. For today, some photos of the fireworks from the Jersey Shore. #WriteWed – What’s Up With the At the Shore Series and Celebration Time!
Many of you have been writing to ask when #3 in the At the Shore series will be coming out! Thank you! I’m happy to say that I’ll be releasing #3, tentatively titled A SEA KISS CHRISTMAS, on November 12th just in time for the holiday season. I love Emma and Carlo’s story and I hope you will also. Plus you’ll get to meet Carlo’s sexy brothers Tomas and Paolo and I hope to do their stories sometime next year.
Next year is also going to be exciting since I’ve accepted an offer from Hallmark to do a book for them and cross your fingers that it’ll be chosen to be a movie. The tentative title of that book is SOUTH BEACH LOVE and as you can guess from the title, the book is set in South Beach and the nearby Miami area. As soon as I can tell you more, I will, but for now, look for it to possibly be out in June 2020!
I’m also working on preparing the next books in THE CALLING IS REBORN vampire novels for release. I’m hoping to get DEATH CALLS out in the next month. It’s been a few weeks since I tempted you with some Man Candy, so today I’m sharing sexy Owen from ONE SUMMER NIGHT. I loved Owen’s loyalty to his brother as well as his long term love for Maggie, the heroine in the story. While Owen sometimes had a tough time with balancing his love for Maggie with his desire keep the feud between their families out of their relationship, he made the right decisions at the end so Maggie and he could have their happily-ever-after. #ThrowbackThursday – Jersey Shore Summer
This is a throwback to one of my first summers on the Jersey Shore. I love taking strolls along the boardwalk and also taking my bike out for a spin. So do a lot of other people as you can tell from these bikes lined up along the boardwalk railing. I’m counting the minutes until I can get the bike out and take a nice long ride!
