#WorkoutWednesday – Walking for Weight Loss

I posted on Monday about gaining back five pounds and am happy to say I’ve already lost two of those pounds. Watching my carbs, eating healthier and being more active has done the trick! One of the ways that I’m more active is by trying to take a couple of walks during the day. Usually a walk right after my writing sprint and another either in the afternoon or post-dinner. I love walking and it’s a great form of exercise. It’s easy on your body, simple to do and you don’t need any fancy equipment.
