I love bundt cakes. I love the variety of them and the icing on top. I may make one for a cookie exchange that we’re doing. It might make for something nice to share with some coffee while we do the exchange. I’m not sure what flavor I’ll make yet and wish I had the cooking smarts of the chefs in SOUTH BEACH LOVE. I bet they’d come up with something tasty. As for me, I’ll probably make something with cinnamon.
