Happy Wearing of the Green

When I went to college at Villanova, there were many people of Irish descent. That meant celebrating Saint Patrick’s Day was a big event. In the cafeteria, they would offer corned beef and cabbage, Irish soda bread, green-frosted cookies and sweets, and green milk to wash it all down. Yes, they would add food color to the milk to make it green. Which has me wondering, what kind of green food will you eat for St. Patrick’s Day? P.S.
