How many scoops are too many? That’s the age-old question whenever we visit our new favorite ice cream place – Callie’s Creamery in Neptune City, NJ. Callie’s is a family-owned business that makes fabulous homemade ice cream. I love the chocolate peanut butter, and the question is: How many scoops is too many? Sometimes one is not enough, but three is too many. Two seems to be the best choice. P.S. I wish the heroes in CLIFFSIDE KIDNAPPING had time to grab a scoop of ice cream.
