Happy World Health Day! As I get older, I appreciate more and more how important it is to stay healthy. That’s the main reason I’m trying to lose weight and stay active. A body in motion stays in motion, right? I do a lot of walking, and I’ve started doing Pilates and Tai Chi, but I’ve unfortunately let my weight training fall off. What about you? Do you run/walk?
