Help Me Name the K-9

I’m currently working on #3 in the new Crooked Pass Security K-9 Division spinoff, and I need a name for the dog that will work with our hero. The K-9 is a Doberman who has been rescued from a shelter. He was surrendered there by a former owner who did not know how to handle the dog, and has been languishing in the shelter for a year. People have been afraid to adopt him because they see Dobermans as aggressive, and because they are larger dogs.
