Happy Friday! Hubby and I love baseball and love going to a fun baseball game! We’re not far from a local minor league ballpark and will go to watch a game. That night, we scored $2 seats to see the Blue Claws play an Orioles affiliate. We always enjoy it because they have giveaways and a mascot run. In homage to a true New Jersey favorite, the mascots are pork roll, egg, and cheese. For all the North Jersey folks, Taylor Ham is pork roll, but not all pork roll is Taylor Ham.
