Happy St. Patrick’s Day

Wishing everyone a Happy St. Patrick’s Day! It’s a big day for the Irish to celebrate the patron saint of Ireland. My family isn’t Irish, but we are Celtic. We come from the north of Spain, which is one of the Celtic nations. No reason not to celebrate anyway with a big plate of corned beef and cabbage. P.S. Whether you love vampires, shifters, romantic suspense, sports romance, or family sagas, there’s a book for you for FREE on Kindle Unlimited. Brave Crocus Dares the Snow

Emily Dickinson wrote that “In March, the brave crocus dares the snow.” She couldn’t be more right this winter! I hope we are done with the snow, because I am looking forward to Spring and planting my garden. I already have snowdrops up, and the daffodils are poking their heads above the soil. No crocuses, which is funny considering that I love them. I will have to buy some for next year! Inside, the tomato seedlings are growing big, and I’ll have to transplant them into larger pots soon. I’ve worked out a schedule for moving them to the garage so I can harden them and get them in the ground during the first week of May. This close to the ocean, the weather is usually more temperate, and I can get started earlier! I hope so. I’m dreaming of sun-ripe Jersey tomatoes in June! Have a great Sunday! P.S. Happy National Working Moms Day

Happy National Working Moms Day! I was a working mom, and I think that’s part of the reason I’m appreciating babysitting my little grandbaby! I’m getting to do things with him and see him grow in ways I wasn’t able to with my daughter. I don’t regret being a working mom because I was able to spend a great deal of time with my daughter and provide her with a good life. We have a fabulous relationship, and I hope to have the same relationship with my grandbaby. What about you? Are you or were you a working mom? How do you feel about that?
P.S. I know how hard it is to balance a budget as a working mom and provider. That’s why I have several books available for FREE on Kindle Unlimited Grab your copies of one of my KU books at https://amzn.to/4ukO4Lv.

Happy National Napping Day

Happy National Napping Day! Some of my most treasured memories are of naps with my daughter. We would snuggle together on the couch in our family room and close our eyes for an afternoon snooze. Now I’m making new nap memories with my grandbaby! As I did with his mom, we’ll zonk out on the couch together, and it fills my heart with joy! What about you? Do you love taking a nap? P.S. If you want to check out some of my other life-changing memories, grab a copy of THE FAMILY SHE NEVER MET. It’s my most personal book since it includes some of my family’s experiences after leaving Cuba. It’s FREE on Kindle Unlimited! Slow Burn or Insta-Love Romance?

There are so many romance tropes that we love! One of my favorites is second chance at love, but I also love stories where it’s love at first sight! Slow burn romances? Yes, I love those also. To be honest, I just love romance novels of any kind, except possibly stories where there isn’t consent or there is harm passing as “romance.” But back to the big question: Slow burn or insta-love? Which one do you love best? P.S. I’ve got plenty of novels with both of those that are now FREE on Kindle Unlimited! Grab your copies at https://amzn.to/4ukO4Lv.

Do you like Daylight Saving Time?

I love having more daylight at the end of the day, but I can’t say that I’m a fan of Daylight Saving Time. It just seems to mess up my body clock for a few days, and I always wonder what it would be like if we didn’t do all the time switching, especially in the fall. I never liked leaving the house in the dark and arriving in the dark when I worked in NYC. What about you? Do you like Daylight Saving Time? Yes or no? P.S. The first three books in the South Beach Security series are FREE on Kindle Unlimited—but only for a short time! Dive into the Gonzalez family’s world of danger, justice, and heart as they fight for those the system has failed. Don’t miss this binge-worthy romantic suspense series!
