Happy National Dessert Day!

After yesterday, it seems as if many of you favor savory, which was a surprise. So today might not be a day you celebrate, LOL. But it is National Dessert Day, and I have to ask, “What’s your favorite dessert?” When I asked myself that, I couldn’t say. I don’t really have a favorite, but if it has chocolate, caramel, or strawberries, it tempts me! What about you? P.S. Carlo, the amazing chef from NEVER A BRIDE, definitely knows how to make delicious desserts. Emma is a lucky woman, or at least she would be if she ever admits that Carlo is the perfect man for her. Read this engaging story about a wedding planner who doesn’t believe in happily ever after and the Prince Charming who is standing right in front of her face! You can pick up the box set of all three At the Shore contemporary romances for only $5.99 at https://amzn.to/4h7aiui.

Do You Love Sweet or Savory?

When Aldi had its last German week, I picked up two great items: a cherry frangipane tart and a mushroom strudel. Sweet and savory. There were some sweet strudels as well, but since I was getting the sweet tart, I opted for savory. Which makes me wonder…Do you love sweet or savory? P.S. Even though I’m asking you to choose your fav type of food, you luckily don’t need to choose if you like military heroes, vampires, or beach reads! Pick up any of the first-in-series in multiple genres for only 99 cents at https://amzn.to/46Q2dqs.

What are your weekend plans?

Here on the Jersey Shore, we’re waiting for a Nor’Easter to hit. It’s supposed to bring inches of rain as well as high winds. After brunch with a friend, I plan to prep some Blind Date with a Book Boyfriend books for the upcoming Fall in Love with New England conference, water my plants, and get some writing done! What are your weekend plans? P.S. I have several first-in-series books available for 99 cents. Spicy military heroes, a sexy Southern vampire, or an enemies-to-lovers beach read! Grab your favorite at https://amzn.to/46Q2dqs.

What’s Your Favorite Coffee Shop?

I’m off to my monthly writing meeting with the Liberty States Fiction Writers. I’m actually presenting today, but before I do that, we’ll have our board meeting at our most popular coffee shop – Paris Baguette. It’s located just up the road from the library where we meet and I love it because of the delicious pastries and coffees I can get there. Do you have a favorite coffee shop, and why do you love it? P.S. The ladies of the At the Shore series often stop to have coffee or lunch together at a local place in Sea Kiss. If you love stories set in quaint beach towns, dive into ONE SUMMER NIGHT, the first book in the At the Shore series for only 99 cents. Grab your copy today at https://amzn.to/48TfcsK.

I have no shelf control

I have no shelf control! LOL! I actually do have shelf control because I have limited space since I downsized. I only have a few keepers of special books, like my mom’s Civics book from Cuba. The other books on my shelves are a single copy of each of my releases and my daughter’s books. I always get a kick out of seeing all the different releases, like the foreign editions with their different titles and covers. The most fun foreign editions were the manga versions. What about you? Do you have shelf control? I suspect what the answer might be. LOL! P.S. If you have room for some more books, please take a moment to check out the first two books in the Crooked Pass Security series, featuring siblings Sophie and Robbie as they help solve their parents’ kidnapping and stop a dangerous stalker threatening an up-and-coming singer. Last Taste of Summer

This morning definitely let me know that summer is gone. There was a chill in the air in the morning darkness, and fallen leaves were rustling noisily outside. Definitely autumn out there. That made me pull up photos of some of my favorite flowers from my summer garden. I just wanted to hold onto a last taste of summer. P.S. If you’d love to hold onto summer a little longer, dive into ONE SUMMER NIGHT, the first book in the At the Shore series for only 99 cents. Grab your copy today at https://amzn.to/48TfcsK.

Unboxing Never Gets Old

It’s always exciting when hubby says, “You just got a box from Harlequin!” Yeah! That means I have my author’s copies of an upcoming release, and this time it was COLD CASE K-9. I am so excited for you to read this book when it releases at the end of December. It’s action-packed, but also very emotional as a Colorado Bureau of Investigation agent tries to stop a serial killer who she suspects took her younger sister a decade earlier. Plus, COLD CASE K-9 was the inspiration for the new spinoff series where Crooked Pass Security solves cold cases for people still awaiting justice. You can grab your copies of the books in the Crooked Pass Security series, including COLD CASE K-9, at https://amzn.to/3KHADmE.
