Happy World Kindness Day!

Happy World Kindness Day! We all have our hard days, and on those days, a little kindness can mean all the world to someone. Even if it’s not a hard day, a little kindness can bring a smile and make the day brighter. So, if you can be anything, be kind. P.S. Do You Love Fall or Winter?

It’s a brisk morning here on the Jersey Shore! Temps have dipped into the thirties the last two nights, and we even had some snow flurries for a few minutes yesterday. Nothing substantial, just a warning that winter is definitely on the way. I’m not a fan of winter. It’s the one season I could do without, LOL. I much prefer fall to winter. Do You Love Guacamole or Salsa?

Every now and then, I buy a Costco chicken and use it to make meals for us. I normally get at least four different meals from one chicken, and tonight I’m going to use it to make chicken enchiladas. That makes me wonder whether I should make some guacamole to go with the enchiladas. Of course, there’s also the salsa or pico de gallo route. Which would you choose? Guacamole or pico de gallo? P.S. Warming Up on a Cold Day

On the Jersey Shore, we’ve been lucky so far with our weather. It hasn’t been that cold, and in the sixties during the day. Warm enough to stroll along the boardwalk. I try to do that as much as I can before the weather gets too cold. When I get home, I like to warm up with a nice cup of tea! What about you? What’s your go-to drink to stay warm? P.S.
