One of my favorite things about the Thanksgiving meal is the desserts, namely, the assortment of pies available. Thanksgiving is one of the loveliest holidays we have. Taking a day to be grateful for all that we have is something worth celebrating. COLD CASE K-9 opens with a lovely hike in the Colorado woods and then BAM… The action starts as a hiker is kidnapped, and the race is on to save her life. Luckily, my beach strolls end with me lounging in my chair, watching the waves, or reading a book. Although I do hikes through the woods at other times, I much prefer a stroll along the boardwalk or beach. What about you? I drove home in the dark a few days ago, and to my surprise, there were many Christmas lights and decorations up on houses already! Some of them even had their trees up! My rule is that I always wait until Thanksgiving, which I think is one of the loveliest holidays of the year. I believe in taking at least a day, if not more, to be thankful for all I have.
