Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there! This year is my daughter’s first Mother’s Day, a very exciting occasion. I’m heading to her house later to help her plant her annuals and veggies. Her Mother’s Day gift to me since I love getting my fingers in the dirt and she’s not really a gardener. I have hopes to turn her, though. LOL! I hope you all have a wonderful day!

It’s National Clean Up Your Room Day! I’m busy getting ready for the upcoming Book Lovers Con, and my little grandbaby Axel decided that he had to help me clean up some of the swag I’ve got for the event! LOL! He was a big help, but I’m still making swag and worried about how I’ll pack everything for the flight. Wish me luck and have a happy Saturday! I’m off to do some gardening!

It’s hard to believe it’s been that long since we rescued him from a litter of feral kittens born in our backyard. I can’t wait for this weekend’s A Day of Wine, Romance, and More at the Brook Hollow Winery in Columbia, NJ. This is a fabulous multi-day NJ book event, and what could be better than wine and books? I’m so excited and happy to be attending the Belmar Beach Reader’s Fair with my lovely daughter and some of our fabulous Liberty States Fiction Writers Members! The book event is on Saturday, April 26th, from noon to 4 pm at the Taylor Pavilion, 500 Ocean Avenue, Belmar, NJ.
