I love baseball and I loved being able to write some books with baseball player heroes. The first book, ROOKIE OF THE YEAR, is now available at various retailers. The second book, A WINNING SEASON, will be out in November! So exciting!
ROOKIE OF THE YEAR is, as you may guess from the title, the story of Joe Fernandez, a young rookie on a fictional NJ expansion baseball team. Joe is a hot shot catcher who is attracted to the team’s female trainer. Besides the issues with the two of them working together, the trainer, Alicia Santos, is a number of years older. The age difference bothers Alicia a lot, but not Joe. He’s determined to find out more about the sexy trainer and prove to her that he’s interested in something more permanent than a one night stand.

With Halloween on its way, I was looking for someone dark and brooding for today’s Man Candy Monday. Someone who could maybe play a vampire or other tortured hero. I looked no further than sexy Irish actor Aidan Turner.
Aidan is best known for his role as as Kili in the Hobbit movies. He’s also in the supernatural TV series, Being Human. In 2015, Aidan was cast as the main character in the Poldark BBC series.
