This is not an April Fool’s Day joke. It’s also National Sourdough Bread Day and I’m so glad for it. I love sourdough bread and I’m lucky to have an enthusiastic sourdough bread maker in the house – my hubby. I got him a sourdough bread kit this Christmas and he turned his attention to baking loaves just like the one in the photo! He’s become quite good at it and regularly makes loaves for our daughter, son-in-law, and neighbors. What about you? Do you love sourdough bread? P.S.
