Happy National Ice Cream Day! I’m heading home today and probably won’t get to celebrate by having a scoop of ice cream. I hope you’ll have a scoop on my behalf. My fav ice cream flavor lately is chocolate peanut butter from Callie’s Creamery. Callie’s is a local, family-owned shop. Unfortunately, they just suffered devastating damage thanks to some flooding.
