Goodbye, old friend! Twenty-five years ago, I bought a Sebring Convertible, and over the years, it’s been a happy part of my life, bringing many joyous memories. Happy National Vinyl Record Day! When I was younger, we only had vinyl records for our own music playing or the radio! I still have a few of my vinyl records that I can’t part with, namely, recordings from All-County orchestra performances and the entire Romeo and Juliet movie (also before videotapes!) Enjoying Summer Bounty
Even though I’m not getting many tomatoes in my garden, we have enjoyed them from local friends and the grocery store. We’ve also enjoyed summer corn. But if I had to choose…That’s a tough choice. My Fav Thing About August
There are lots of things to love in August. My daughter’s birthday. The weather. The flowers in the garden. But my fav thing about August is sun-ripe tomatoes, fresh from the garden.
