Happy Sunday Cookie Exchange

After a few hours of morning writing, I’m off to the cookie exchange with family and friends! I’ve made some pretzel crack (a little worried about that), snickerdoodles (my fav), and good old Tollhouse chocolate chip cookies (hubby’s fav). I have to say, I’m not much of a baker. I’d much rather cook than bake. What about you? P.S. It’s almost time for the release of COLD CASE K-9, #3 in the Crooked Pass Security series from Harlequin Intrigue. Pre-order your copy today at https://amzn.to/48qzo4R.

Too Early for Christmas Lights?

I drove home in the dark a few days ago, and to my surprise, there were many Christmas lights and decorations up on houses already! Some of them even had their trees up! My rule is that I always wait until Thanksgiving, which I think is one of the loveliest holidays of the year. I believe in taking at least a day, if not more, to be thankful for all I have. What about you? Do you think it’s too early for Christmas lights? P.S. I know it sounds weird to say this, but ONE SUMMER NIGHT has a lovely story line about Christmas at a big NYC department store that’s owned by the heroine. Much of that storyline is based on my memories of going to B. Altman’s as a child, and then working there during high school and college. I loved that store! Anyway, if you’d like to slip from summer to fall, to Christmas, grab your copy of ONE SUMMER NIGHT today for only 99 cents at https://amzn.to/4r1gyZ1.

Lazy Sunday Vibes

Unless I’m at an event, like next week’s Fall in Love with New England reader conference, I always do brunch with a friend. With the weather growing chill, I was looking forward to a lazy Sunday of catching up on my reading in a comfy chair. I wish it were a posh place like that in the photo below! But it’s actually going to be an almost summer-like day, so instead I’ll be doing some outside chores and taking a long stroll along the boardwalk. How about you? What are your Sunday plans? P.S. If you want to hold onto summer a little longer, dive into the At the Shore contemporary romance series. The first book in the series, ONE SUMMER NIGHT, is specially priced at 99 cents at https://amzn.to/4nbnlMA.

What are your weekend plans?

Here on the Jersey Shore, we’re waiting for a Nor’Easter to hit. It’s supposed to bring inches of rain as well as high winds. After brunch with a friend, I plan to prep some Blind Date with a Book Boyfriend books for the upcoming Fall in Love with New England conference, water my plants, and get some writing done! What are your weekend plans? P.S. I have several first-in-series books available for 99 cents. Spicy military heroes, a sexy Southern vampire, or an enemies-to-lovers beach read! Grab your favorite at https://amzn.to/46Q2dqs.

Happy Sunday Vibes

Day off today to visit with family, and after, deal with the garden. Poor plants need some water, and I want to finish up the fall decorations. Hope you have a fabulous day! If you haven’t already dived into DEFENDED BY THE BODYGUARD, it’s not too late. Also, a big THANK YOU to all the lovely readers who dropped by my table. It was so nice to chat with you, and I truly appreciate you picking up the charms for your bracelets and, of course, checking out my books. If you bought one, I hope you will enjoy it!
