After a few hours of morning writing, I’m off to the cookie exchange with family and friends! I’ve made some pretzel crack (a little worried about that), snickerdoodles (my fav), and good old Tollhouse chocolate chip cookies (hubby’s fav). I have to say, I’m not much of a baker. I drove home in the dark a few days ago, and to my surprise, there were many Christmas lights and decorations up on houses already! Some of them even had their trees up! My rule is that I always wait until Thanksgiving, which I think is one of the loveliest holidays of the year. I believe in taking at least a day, if not more, to be thankful for all I have. What about you? Do you think it’s too early for Christmas lights? P.S. Unless I’m at an event, like next week’s Fall in Love with New England reader conference, I always do brunch with a friend.
