Happy National Pancake Day! I confess that when I go to my Sunday brunch with a dear friend, I rarely get pancakes. I’m usually an egg kind of girl, but my precious grandbaby loves the blueberry pancakes I make for him. Of course, it could be the butter and maple syrup on them, but still, it gets him to eat! What about you? Do you love pancakes, and if so, what kind? Plain? Blueberry? Whole grain? I’d love to know! Have a great Saturday.
