Complete Bookcase Makeover

I’ve been cleaning up after our return from RAGT, and that meant putting away any leftover craft supplies, unpacking books, taking inventory, and packing away storage totes and my banner. While I was doing that, I took a look at my bookcase and told myself yet again that I had to get it organized. My main bookcase is filled with my books and my daughter’s. I try to keep at least one of every edition that’s printed because it’s fun to see how they change up the covers and titles when the books go overseas. The Hungarian versions are interesting because they’re printed on glossy paper and look like a small magazine. I even have a copy of a manga version of my romantic suspense book, MORE THAN A MISSION, one of my favorite books. As I started to organize, I realized there were several books with similar side branding, and I put them all together. They made a nice display on top. Then I organized the books, audiobooks, and a DVD for SOUTH BEACH LOVE. I was happy with the aftermath. What do you think? P.S. If you haven’t read MORE THAN A MISSION, a story about a chef who may be an assassin and the man sent to capture her, grab your copy today at https://amzn.to/49VkSCw.

Do you love lazy or busy weekends?

I thought today was going to be a lazy day, especially with the 90-degree weather we’ve had the last few days. Instead, sis and I spent the day running around! The weekend is looking hectic as well, with my monthly writers group meeting and errands to run. Sigh. I would love a nice, lazy weekend. What about you? Do you love busy or lazy weekends?

Happy Anniversary!

Happy Anniversary to my hubby! I can’t believe it’s been so many years since we got married! This photo is from our daughter’s wedding day. It was one of the happiest days of our lives, besides the day we got married and the days of her and our grandson’s birth! We have been blessed with such happiness and joy in our lives.

Help Me Name the K-9

I’m currently working on #3 in the new Crooked Pass Security K-9 Division spinoff, and I need a name for the dog that will work with our hero. The K-9 is a Doberman who has been rescued from a shelter. He was surrendered there by a former owner who did not know how to handle the dog, and has been languishing in the shelter for a year. People have been afraid to adopt him because they see Dobermans as aggressive, and because they are larger dogs. Help me name the K-9 for a chance to be in the dedication of the book and score yourself a copy of this book! P.S. You can pre-order your copy of the first book in the series, K-9 Tracker, or any of the other books in the Crooked Pass Security series at https://amzn.to/4aCBpeF.

Amazing time at RAGT!

We are having an absolute blast at RAGT! It has been wonderful meeting so many new people and sharing our love of books! The parties have been wonderful, and our experience in the boardroom was awesome! We’ve done several crafts and games with readers, and I think everyone is having a lot of fun. Today is another day in the boardroom with activities like journaling, blinging sunglasses, and making book-themed pots! There is one last book signing today, and I hope I have enough books since they’ve been going fast! My daughter, Samantha Ann, is almost SOLD OUT! Proud Mama Bear here! I’m sharing some photos from our adventure so far!
