Happy National Brownie Day! Although no one made brownies for yesterday’s cookie exchange, it’s not because we don’t love them! We do! I love fudgy brownies with a crispy edge. I even have one of those pans that lets you have edges on each brownie! What about blondies? I confess I rarely order blondies. They don’t call to me as much as regular brownies. What about you? Happy National Cookie Day! I love cookies, although I’ve been avoiding them lately as I try to lose weight. Again. Sigh. But when I do have an occasional cookie, it’s usually an Oreo, which is one of my favorites. I wish I were a better baker because my absolute fav cookies are snickerdoodles.
